A hidden pizzeria in a residential area of Sendai! I drove there, but it was so tucked away that I completely missed it! Haha.I made a reservation for the second lunch seating (1 PM). While enjoying the salad from the lunch set, I waited for the main dish.The freshly baked pizza had a wonderfully crispy thin crust, and the baking level, appearance, and taste were all outstanding!!The Margherita DOC was, of course, excellent, and the pancetta had a perfect balance of saltiness and the aroma of mushrooms that truly impressed me.It's quite far, making a return visit challenging, but I would definitely love to come back if I get the chance!
