This was my fifth visit to Miyagi, and I finally made it to a restaurant I had been curious about since May 2024, when I first planned to visit Sendai. However, it was always fully booked, and with its regular closing days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, it felt like a high hurdle to overcome. But this year, my wish came true, and I managed to make a reservation and go!I was also looking forward to the fact that dogs are welcome here.Honestly, before going, I wondered what kind of pizza could be so special that it’s hard to get a reservation in North Sendai.I ordered:- Buffalo Mozzarella and Prosciutto- Margherita- Sparkling Wine 375ml*Please help yourself to water at the counter.This was the lightest pizza I’ve ever had! I know it’s not ideal to describe food with food, but it was as light as cotton candy and just melted in my mouth. And it was delicious!The mozzarella and prosciutto were incredibly tasty.I would love to conquer the entire menu with at least four people!"This dish is definitely worth the trip!" It’s a pizza that makes it worthwhile to book a reservation and come all the way to Sendai.The restaurant's mascot dog, Theos, is a 4-year-old girl who loves attention, so feel free to pet her!
