I made a reservation for my first visit at 6 PM on a weekday. I noticed some phone calls for reservations coming in, but they only accept online bookings here.As someone with a small appetite, I hesitated, thinking that two pizzas might be too much for us. So, we ordered a Margherita and the daily special: 240g of roasted red chicken thigh from the à la carte menu. We decided to see how we felt and add a pizza later if we could manage it.The pizza had a crispy crust even in the center, with a nice tang from the tomatoes, and we finished it in no time. The red chicken was cooked in a Dutch oven in the pizza oven. The skin was crispy while the inside remained juicy, and we devoured it quickly as well. Still feeling a bit hungry, we decided to add a Marinara since we had come all this way!At 6 PM, all the customers arrive at once, so salads and prosciutto are served first, followed by one pizza for each group being baked. I thought that ordering the prosciutto would allow us to enjoy some drinks while waiting for the pizza to be ready.
