During my stay in Sendai, I visited this restaurant for dinner. Located in a residential area, the restaurant is situated up the hill to the north of Kitaseidai Station on the Sendai Subway Namboku Line and the Senseki Line.I visited on a weekend night at 8:00 PM and made a reservation online a week in advance. The restaurant was fully booked that night, so I would say a reservation is essential. Dinner reservations are available for two time slots: 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM, with the 8:00 PM slot allowing entry precisely at that time. Since there’s nothing around to do if you arrive early, I recommend getting there just a bit before your reservation time.Here’s what I ordered: - Margherita (JPY 2200) - San Pellegrino (JPY 880)It took about 30 minutes from ordering to receiving the pizza. I had heard the crust was light, and it truly was. However, it was seasoned quite well, giving it a satisfying flavor. While one pizza is definitely enough for one person, it can get a bit monotonous towards the end, so it’s better to go with a group and share.Next time, I’d like to try the stone-baked chicken thigh as well. This is definitely a pizza worth traveling to Sendai for!
