I called the restaurant to inform them of my delay. Right in front of me was a wood-fired oven, and I could see the owner, dressed like a Zen monk in a samue, stretching the dough and preparing the pizzas for baking. The drink and salad were served first, and after about 15 minutes, the Margherita arrived. As I was finishing, the staff confirmed the last order. Although the last order was at 14:00, it seemed to be taken shortly after 12:00.While waiting, I was occasionally startled by the barking of the dog, but it seemed the Golden Retriever outside was also in the restaurant. The owner mentioned, "He loves to be petted, so feel free to give him some attention." As I was leaving, the dog was lying near the entrance, and I quietly slipped out without disturbing him.
