During my trip to Sendai, I was searching for a place for lunch on the last day and stumbled upon a pizza shop that caught my eye, so I made a reservation right away! When I arrived, there was a sign saying "Fully Booked by Reservations," and several groups had to leave disappointed. Reservations are a must!The counter seats allow you to watch the cooking process... so much fun! ✨ On the day I visited, the owner was handling everything by himself, and I could watch the dough being stretched—never gets old!♢ Lunch Set Salad and Soft Drink♢ Margherita DOC The crust was perfectly baked, crispy on the outside and delightfully chewy on the inside. The flavor of the tomato sauce was incredible—so delicious! ❤️♢ Summer Vegetables and Scallops Chitinielli (Limited Time) The gentle saltiness of my favorite scallops and shirasu was just right. The aroma and freshness of the summer vegetables were concentrated and came through beautifully.
