I made a reservation more than a month in advance to visit.The doors opened right at 6 PM, and I was seated at a table in the back. Unfortunately, I was right under the air conditioning, making it quite cold, so I had to adjust my chair to avoid the direct cold air.Here’s what I ordered:- Summer Vegetable and Scallop Chitinielli JPY 2,860, tax Included- Quattro Formaggi JPY 2,970, tax Included- Green Salad JPY 880, tax IncludedIt took about 50 minutes for the first pizza to arrive after placing the order. I was puzzled by the long wait but was too busy battling the cold.【Green Salad】A very standard green salad.【Summer Vegetable and Scallop Chitinielli】This pizza features a Marinara base topped with summer vegetables, scallops, chitinielli (whitebait), and cherry tomatoes. The ingredients were decent, but it wasn’t quite what I had expected.【Quattro Formaggi】This pizza is topped with four types of cheese: Gorgonzola, Ricotta, Mozzarella, and Grana. The crust was crispy and had a nice texture.Perhaps my expectations were too high, but the pizzas I received felt quite ordinary. That said, I did enjoy a delicious pizza.
