I made a reservation a month ago, and here I am!The dressing on the green salad was delicious, and the thin, tender prosciutto was equally delightful. The buffalo mozzarella was outstanding, raising my excitement even before the pizza arrived.I tried the Margherita, Summer Vegetables with Scallops Chitarrini, and the Margherita DOC (no photo), but the DOC was the clear winner! As the menu stated, it was a step above the rest! The ingredients and dough truly shone, filling me with happiness! Ah, I want to eat it again. The crust was thin and crispy, making it feel light!There were no desserts, and it wasn't a place to linger, but I already want to go back! It was a great meal.
