I had always wanted to visit this place when I went to Sendai, so I made a reservation and finally went.I ordered the Marinara lunch set and chose iced coffee as my drink.The iced coffee was average, but the salad was delicious! The vegetables were fresh and crisp, and the dressing had a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity, making it easy to eat a lot of it.The Marinara was incredibly tasty! The crust was thin and crispy on the outside, light and fragrant, while the center was chewy and moist, releasing a sweet wheat flavor with every bite.The acidity of the tomato sauce, the aroma of garlic, and the flavor of basil were all exquisite!Since it was so delicious, I ordered an additional dish of summer vegetables and salsiccia.It was topped with summer vegetables like eggplant, tomatoes, and bell peppers, along with Parma salsiccia and mozzarella.The summer vegetables were perfectly cooked, retaining their juiciness while becoming sweeter from the heat.The salsiccia had a nice bounce, and its flavor spread throughout my mouth with each bite.The fresh and creamy taste of the mozzarella balanced everything out without being too rich.I was lucky to sit at the counter, where I could closely watch the chef shape the pizza dough, toss it, and bake it in the wood-fired oven. It was amazing!Theo, the golden retriever, was also adorable and brought me joy.It was so delicious that I definitely want to visit again the next time I go to Sendai!
