It was a green salad, and the dressing was delicious—the perfect balance of sweetness and acidity.Then came the main dish, the Marinara. While waiting for it, I was captivated by the chef's skills, and my expectations were high, but it exceeded them!The crust was perfectly baked, crispy on the outside, and the fresh fruit tomatoes, high-quality olive oil, oregano aroma, and garlic punch blended together beautifully. Not only could I appreciate the excellence of each ingredient, but I also enjoyed the deliciousness of the dough (the flavor of the wheat).Even after finishing one Marinara, I didn’t feel heavy.
