In this simple Osteria on the Chianti roads what I like to call my business lunch when I'm in Tuscany. Mixed Tuscan crostini; Beef Tagliata (strictly rare!!); Beans in oil and last but not least Cantucci with Vin Santo.

Simple trattoria in the lower Ferrara area, known to most for the fish that comes from the nearby Venetian markets. Elegant but informal trattoria, with great attention to detail; in the countryside just outside Fidenza. Tagliolini with leek and crispy culaccia, perhaps a little raw and with the flavors not perfectly blended; bacon flavored with aromatic herbs, very good and balanced; the classic good tiramisu.
