Lunch at Trattoria La Casa di Bacco

A small, simple and pleasant trattoria run by two sisters. Traditional Piedmontese menu, with particular attention to the quality of the meat (the two sisters are daughters of a butcher). Appetizer Homemade Russian salad; Raw meat of Fassone alla Tartare; Bonet, typical Piedmontese dessert.
