Lunch at Antica Trattoria La Busa

After a long period of absence from restaurants due to the Lokdown, I visited this famous trattoria a few kilometers from Modena. Due to COVID restrictions, you can only dine outdoors, and they have a comfortable veranda here. The menu offers traditional regional dishes with some variations towards slightly creative proposals. The service is courteous and efficient. The place is worth a stop if you are around here.
