Crish Oberhammer works alone in the kitchen of this one Michelin star restaurant. In a recent interview he said: "People come to my restaurant to eat what I cook, not what I told someone else how to cook." This is, in my opinion, the added value of this restaurant. One of my favorite restaurants.
