The restaurant where Riccardo Gaspari took his first steps as a chef before earning a Michelin star at SanBrite. The offer of food is simpler and more tied to tradition, but the chef's hand can be seen in the care of the dishes and in the search for ingredients that come from the nearby family-owned hut.
