The one of the most beautiful locations in Bologna, and perhaps many other cities, the chef Gianluca Renzi embraces you with non-ordinary dishes but at the same time does not necessarily weird. With the 5-course tasting menu you will discover ancient flavors mixed with unexpected combinations, I also recommend the wine pairing that offers leading Italian and French labels.
