From Bangkok to Hong Kong where two Indian restaurants @jholbkk and @leela.hkg came together to redefine the global perception of Indian gastronomy! JHOL is known for reimagining the vibrant flavors of India’s coastal states while Leela showcases the diverse regional cuisines of India with a playful flair. Favorites included the Berhampur Fried Chicken (BFC), Injipuli Pork Ribs, Tandoori Eel, and Tandoori Spiced Three Yellow Chicken. What a treat to share this meal with many prominent HK chefs on a Monday afternoon!

今回はカキフライ5定食味噌汁とご飯付属750円
しかも+50円で味噌汁がミニうどんに昇格
カキフライは5粒大きいけど少し衣は大きめ
冬来たなぁ～と感じるサクサクで旨い私の大好物
ミニと豪語するも普通にボリューミーなうどん
コシは無いが、胃袋への優しさがある出汁が旨い
量的に味噌汁とうどんの差50円しかないのが謎w
給食思い出すナポリタンも酸味尖らず美味しい
千林で味わう、昭和に帰れるノスタルジック飯
財布の残高なんて気にならない破格ぶりがエグい
懐は無傷、胃袋には会心の一撃レベルの満足感

Opened in 1950, originally this was a Japanese restaurant serving zenzai such as anko and mochi (Japanese sweets), as well as udon. In 1953, the master decided to add ramen to the menu. Welcome back to Munich Munchies, where the schnitzel hunt continues. Today, we’re at the Garden in @bayerischerhof_munich , a spot whispered about by Austrian Michelin-starred chefs as the home of Munich’s best schnitzel.

Golden, crispy, and floating in buttery bliss this is a technical masterclass by @ppfisterer and team. Crunchy yet airy. Greasy yet somehow not. A bite so perfect, I might need a moment alone.

Could it rival Vienna’s best? You’ll have to watch to find out.

🇯🇵Sashimi Bar เปิดใหม่ล่าสุดจาก @kizuna.bkk ปลาสดมากกก ราคาดีมากเหมือนขายเอาสังคม🤣 อย่างทูน่าเค้าจะเสิร์ฟมาทั้ง 3 ส่วนคือ Akami Chutoro และ Otoro ทั้งหมด 9 ชิ้น แค่ ฿550 !! อูนิยกกล่องแค่ ฿1,690 กินกันให้หน่ำใจไปเลย ที่นี่เค้ามีปลาสดเข้าใหม่ตลอดฉะนั้นแต่ละวันวัตถุดิบอาจจะไม่เหมือนกัน ชอบที่ร้านนี้เค้ามีโชยุสูตรพิเศษถึง 3 แบบคือ อิริสาเก ไวท์โชยุ และดาร์กโชยุให้เลือกจิ้มตามชนิดของปลาด้วยเพราะซาซิมิแต่ะอย่างรสชาติและเท็กซ์เจอไม่เหมือนกัน จะจิ้มโชยุตัวเดียวกันไม่ได้ !!

ใครชอบทานปลาอยากแนะนำให้ไปลองสุดๆรับรองว่าคุ้มค่าแน่นอน ราคาที่เห็นคือ portion สำหรับปลา 8 ชิ้นนะ เมนูเนื้อวัวก็มี ราคาดีมากๆเช่นกัน ตอนนี้ร้านเปิดแค่ ศุกร์-อาทิตย์ วันละ 2 รอบ 17.30 และ 19.30 แนะนำให้จองล่วงหน้า 😍
