เคยเป็นกระแสเปรี้ยงปร้างในโซเชียลไปแล้วรอบนึงสำหรับข้าวมันปูหม้อหินร้อนของ Miharu ที่หลายร้านทนไม่ไหวต้องทำตาม 😆 กลับมาตอกย้ำความเป็นออริจินัลของข้าวหม้อหินร้อนอีกครั้งด้วยเมนูใหม่ล่าสุดอย่าง Robusutā no Kōmi Nabe นาเบะล็อบสเตอร์และข้าวหม้อหินร้อนมิโสะมันกุ้ง 🦞🦞🦞 บอกเลยว่าเด็ดยิ่งกว่าเดิม !!

โดยเมนูนี้ทานได้ 2 แบบคือเป็นซุปล็อบสเตอร์ร้อนๆ ที่เบสซุปมาจากมิโสะมันกุ้งญี่ปุ่นและซุปกระดูกปลาเคี่ยวนาน 8 ชม. จากนั้นเชฟจะเอาซุปที่เหลือไปเคี่ยวต่อจนงวดเพื่อมาทานคู่กับข้าวหม้อหินร้อนซิกเนเจอร์ของทางร้าน ส่วนตัวชอบเมนูนี้มาก เนื้อล็อปสเตอร์สดเด้ง ซุปหอมรสชาติเข้มข้น ข้าวมีความกรอบนุ่ม โรยหอมซอยและพริกป่นญี่ปุ่นลงไปหน่อยคือดีมากก ในซีรีส์เมนูกุ้งเซตใหม่นี้เค้ามีเมนูอื่นๆด้วยนะ แนะนำให้สั่งโคโรเกะกุ้งและลูกชิ้นกุ้งญี่ปุ่นในซุปมิโสะด้วย ส่วนเมนูอื่นๆของร้าน รูปในโพสนี้สั่งตามได้เลย ไม่ผิดหวังแน่นอน ก่อนไปอย่าลืมจองด้วยนะเพราะเมนูล็อปสเตอร์อันนี้มีแค่ 10 ที่ต่อวันเท่านั้น 🥰😍

Opened in 1948, by original master Yamato-san, still family owned with the third generation now running the shop. The soup is made from pork leg bones and pork skin, simmered for one day, as well as katsuobushi shavings and kombu. Noodles are supplied by the purveyor Yamato Mengyo.
