遅れて鋭い辛さがグッと追いかけて一気に汗
どうゆう仕掛け？かえるの歌の輪唱止まらん
フルーティな甘みとスパイスの刺激が共に共存
気づけばスプーンが止まらない。むしろ止められない
米にしっかり絡むスプーン置けない中毒性の高さ
後半に入ってからが本番口内ヒリつくのに求める
水飲むも味が残るんじゃなく記憶が残るカレー
酸っぱ旨いキャベツのピクルスの相性も👍

🇭🇰 ร้านอาหารจีนสุดอลังการใน Spider Collection Executive Club คลับส่วนตัวที่เมื่อก่อนเปิดรับเฉพาะสมาชิกเท่านั้น (ค่าเมมเบอร์เดือนละ ฿300,000 !!) แต่ตอนนี้บุคคลทั่วไปจองเข้าไปทานได้แล้ว… แล้วจะไม่ไปได้ยังไง

บอกเลยว่ามื้อนี้มันแกลมมาก บรรยากาศคือจัดเต็มแบบ private club แต่เสิร์ฟอาหารเป็นแบบอลาคาร์ท ซึ่งชอบมาก เพราะเลือกสั่งเองได้ตามใจ เห็นสถานที่ดูหรูขนาดนี้ แต่ราคาจริง ๆ เข้าถึงได้นะ โดยเฉพาะติ่มซำ เข่งละร้อยกว่าบาทเท่านั้น

แต่เมนูที่ต้องพูดถึงเลยคือ “ห่านย่าง”
ชีวิตนี้กินห่านมาก็หลายตัว แต่นี่คือตัวแรกที่บิน Private Jet มาจากฮ่องกง หนังกรอบ เนื้อชุ่มฉ่ำ กลิ่นรมควันบางๆ ปลื้มปิติมาก

กระเพาะปลาสดราดซอสเป๋าฮื้อก็เข้มข้นทำได้ดีสุดๆ ไก่ปักกิ่ง หมูกรอบ ราเมงเส้นสด ปลาเงินทอดพริกเกลือ เต้าหู้ทองคำ สั่งตามได้เลยไม่พลาดแน่นอน

ในคลับเค้ายังมีร้านอื่นอีกหลายสไตล์ให้ลอง แต่ถ้าใจรักอาหารจีน บอกเลยว่าร้านนี้ไม่ควรพลาดด้วยประการทั้งปวง 🤤

Meet chicken bonne femme, an off-the-menu dish for generations at @tujagues_restaurant , an insider’s tip spread by word of garlicky mouth.

It’s a memorable dish. Is it one that can also turn back the clock? That is what Tujague’s is proposing.

Opened in 1856, it is the second oldest restaurant in New Orleans. Only Antoine’s has a longer history.

Tujague’s is marking 170 years in business in 2026 with a slate of specials drawn from that history and also, perhaps, to reintroduce the restaurant itself, a classic that has changed a great deal yet still endures.

So in March, a dish that’s never been on the menu will be in the spotlight.
