Recommended bowl: Shall we slurp?

Shio Tsukemen comes with a soup of chicken carcasses and pork which takes seven hours to make. Equally as recommended, the Shirunashi Tantanmen is served without soup in a bed of tangy sauce and various spices. Two types of noodles, made in-house at a central kitchen located nearby. Run by master Gotō-san, who runs four shops in Kanagawa Prefecture. G Men 7 is the name of the flagship, open since 2009. Susurimasenka is considered the sister shop, since 2011.
