POV: It’s 10 p.m. on a weekday and you’re craving a sweet treat.

@CreamDeLaCreamTampa in the @WestshoreMarinaDistrict is a favorite of ours, and I especially love that: 1) They’re open until 11 p.m. daily and 2) They can make any of their rolled ice creams as a dairy-free, oat milk based version! They offer regular ice cream, rolled ice cream, Korean shaved ice (bingsu) and boba drinks.

I personally love their bubble waffle combo with dairy-free matcha rolled ice cream — I get mine topped with Teddy Grahams and mini mochi. It’s a strange sounding combo, but it is yummy!!

Really excellent lunch today @gaggan_annan @louisvuitton in Bangkok. @vixthechef serves a creative menu of contemporary dishes that combine gastronomy and fashion. The menu reflects the Vuitton theme of travel and style, a big nod to Asia alongside international influences, including French clacissism and Spanish modernity. Vix is British, so I detect a bit of London in the mix, too. It's full of surprises, with luxury ingredients and an exploration of taste, texture and temperatures that I first encountered at The Fat Duck before making it to El Bulli. Yoghurt explodes in your mouth; you lick Louis Vuitton off the plate; a globe contains small plates inspired by sushi, Belgian waffles and tom yum kung as a crisp; pheasant is grilled with a pheasant kebab on the side; a light mushroom curry is served with rice cooked in a mushroom dashi, with Perigord truffles; a dessert features ice cream, potato foam and drops of liquid guanciale, topped with Oscietra caviar. This local Korean spot in southern Gangnam is known for its freshly pressed perilla oil “makguksu” - cold buckwheat noodles tossed with house-made sauce and fragrant perilla oil squeezed on-site🪔 The flavour is light and clean; worth stopping by if you’re in the area, but not a must-visit🙈 We also tried the “bossam” (boiled pork belly), but it was overpriced and had a very strong meaty smell that even kimchi couldn’t mask🫠

SNSで話題の「エゴマ麺」が食べられる、ソウル・江南（カンナム）の南西部にある「チョンリュビョク」✨ 韓国風蕎麦「マッククス」に、擦りたてのエゴマ油とエゴマ粉を和えた、さっぱりとした冷麺が定番メニューです💓 茹で豚の「ポッサム」も気になっていたので頼んでみましたが、キムチと一緒に食べても臭みが消えず、かなり残念でした…🙊 近くにいる際には「マッククス」目当てに立ち寄るのはアリだと思います🐸

Recommended bowl: Hidden shack

This small shack has no sign and no noren outside—you just have to know where it is. Run by a lone master with just five seats, and if you don't mind the clutter and somewhat ramshackle interior, take a seat and order away. Both ramen and tsukemen are the offerings, both recommended. The soup is a rich and smooth, satisfying tonkotsu gyokai, paired with house made noodles containing 100% Japanese wheat. Toppings are kept simple and straightforward.
