Thanks to @johnscreekbooks for the reminder—I needed to get back to @bleuhousenorcross! 🥪 Been around for years, making almost everything in-house. My food obsession often sends me on missions for the best, and lately, it's all about chicken salad sandwiches. 🐔💯

✅ Chicken salad = solid choice
✅ Club sandwich = house-smoked turkey also better than a majority out there
❌ Caesar dressing = had a mustardy twist, not wife-approved 😅 (I didn’t mind it—love unique takes!). For me, good and different in a positive way.

Garcia’s Taco Bar in Brentwood might have been voted the best tacos out on Long Island before 🌮 But I think that still stands true because these are by far the best Long Island tacos I’ve eaten 🔥 The food here is beyond authentic and packed with flavor 😮‍💨🫨 You HAVE to check this spot out and click the bio link to learn more as well 👀

I was surprised by how good this place was. It may be a lil overpriced but their portions were 🔥
We got their chicken shish and the soujouk and pastrami pide. The pide could have had more flavor but we loved the kabob as it was very different from other places 🤤

Put a plate of tostones and a glass of tamarindo in front of me, and I’m a happy lady. 😋 Stopped into @TrianaCaribbean_ last weekend after my mani/pedi, and it was sooo good!

It’s a gem of a spot for Puerto Rican food — I got their churrasco/skirt steak entree with white rice and beans, and a side of tostones. I could drink their garlic sauce! 🤤
