The master here trained at the legendary Osaka shop, Kadoya Shokudou, for four years before opening this simple shop. The toppings are minimal—just green and white negi, menma and chashu. Had to make a return visit to @eastonbarbecueco to sample The Colonel (chopped brisket edition), brisket smashburger, and another serving of that splendid hash 'n rice. Chilled and rub-finished watermelon (daily side special) is perfect for a hot summer day, and gooey, sweet bread pudding with vanilla bourbon cream the perfect capper.

Obviamente la motivación para visitar lugares como Beso Beach - abierto hace una año en Estepona como sucursal del mítico club de playa balear - no necesariamente es la gastronómica. Y lo cierto es que la puesta en escena está muy cuidada: la decoración, la música, el ambiente, la coctelería… Todo ello conduce al esparcimiento y la diversión. Y, sin embargo, resulta que la cocina está mucho más cuidada de lo que cabría esperar. Si.n grandes pretensiones consiguen ejecuciones muy aceptables. Basten como ejemplo unas estupendas croquetas de jamón o una muy notable fideuá de carabineros. Como en los anuncios, pueden venir por el “hype” y quedarse por la comida. Buen ambiente, local muy agradable, cocina bien defendida y un servicio que llama la atención por su motivación y diligencia. Precios altos, eso sí. They opened up a couple weeks ago and we got to try their amazing options. Every bite is fresh and the meats are smoky and exploding of flavor 🤤

There aren’t many places in Dallas that I say..it was perfect 🙌🏽
This may be my go to spot and definitely something I would crave on a weekly ‼️
