This is Denmark’s coolest jazz restaurant 🇩🇰🎷

@epicurus_restaurant @epicurus_cph @epicurus_bar transforms from a culinary hotspot by day into a jazz club at dusk. No, it’s not Paris’ 3-star Epicure, nor the legendary Dolder Grand event, it’s a food and music experience named after the ancient Greek philosopher.

The snacks feel more New York than Copenhagen: fried chicken with caviar and vanilla syrup is as wild as it sounds, while the gougère with Iberico pork and truffle competes for the crown 👑

And then of course, the jazz. A stunning room straight out of Gatsby or Inception, complete with a Bösendorfer piano worth more than my yearly salary. Sir @nielslandoky , knighted jazz pianist, composer, and producer, curates a world-class program.

This might be Sweden’s most unique restaurant 🇸🇪⭐️

Deep in the Swedish woods sits 1-Michelin-starred @knystaforsen , run by Danish couple @nicolaitram and @evahtram , who left Copenhagen behind to almost accidentally create Sweden’s most exciting restaurant.

Here, fire is the soul of the kitchen. Every dish is touched by smoke, from a tartlet served on coals with smoky cream and trout roe, to a seemingly simple burnt leek that brought tears of pure joy to my eyes. Duck hearts with a butter sauce infused with pheasant and burnt hay is a masterpiece.

Knystaforsen is as much about experience as flavor, from the campfire greeting you at the entrance, to cocktails in the garden, to Tram personally drawing a flower for each guest mid-service. Sitting here feels like a campfire among friends, each bite novel, daring, and unforgettable.

A paradox of Nordic cuisine, the most exciting Danish chef is cooking in Sweden, and Sweden’s best chef is Danish. Knystaforsen topped both Vyn and Frantzén for me, with flavors that stun and a soul you can feel.

An evening to remember and one I’ll never forget.

This restaurant got the fastest Michelin star in history 🇩🇰

@restaurantudtryk means “expression,” and Chef Edward Lee combines Nordic, Japanese, and Cantonese influences from his time at Gaijin and Jordnær.

The restaurant is ambitious, every plate visually striking, and the tasting menu promises a high-level experience.

THE GREATEST SEAFOOD TOWER IN THE WORLD 🌍 🦞 🦐🦀

Back in July I wanted to celebrate receiving 100.000 followers, and in all of Denmark there is no better place to celebrate than with the seafood tower from @marchal.dk at @dangleterrecph terrace overlooking Kongens Nytorv.

And indeed it was the right choice - the seafood tower from Chef @alexander__baert was nothing short of awe inspiring. It was almost like the Atlantis of seafood towers - so great you can’t believe it exits. It literally had everything the heart desires ♥️
- Lobster with Beluga caviar
- more caviar
- never ending Langoustines
- the worlds best fjord shrimps
- normal shrimps
- razor clams
- scallops
- blue mussels
- 3 kinds of oysters including the best I’ve ever had with more caviar and hazelnuts - wow 🤯
- some of the best butter fried blinis ever
- ridiculous Safran bread and butter brioche
- 3 different dips

But not only that @alexander__baert also treated us to his signature carrot dish which is one of the best and most beautiful dishes I’ve seen 🌺 🥕

The service of @mattia_spedicato was also on another level, performing as it he were in the world club finals of service and determined to win it. And win it he did, so much attention to detail and heart the service was without a flaw.

Lastly, @alexander__baert and @mattia_spedicato surprised me with a cake marking my 100.000 followers, truly blowing me away and making it one of the best dinners of my life. So thank you Alexander, Mattia and the whole @marchal.dk team. I won’t forget it. Less

This might be Germany’s cheapest and best value for money Michelin-starred restaurant 🇩🇪⭐️

At @junerestaurant , 1 Michelin star meets and unusual location, between a camping ground and a nudist beach at the Chiemsee. The surprise is not only the location, but also the food.

Chef @ricobirndt crafts every dish from Bavarian ingredients, with housemade fermented shoyu, miso, and fish garum. Everything is made from scratch with just 3 chefs in the kitchen.

Vegetables hit like an LSD trip, trout in saffron sauce reveals a library of technique, and pike perch is cooked Japanese style.

The menu is minimal on the plate but exploding with flavor, a reflection of Birndt’s journey from Munich to New Zealand to Bornholm. Sustainability is not a gimmick, it is a belief lived daily.

Hamburg’s @arc_restaurant is run by two young chefs, Julian and Joshua, on a mission to make fine dining accessible while celebrating local producers.

14 seats. One cover a night. A 10-course menu for €89. Not for money, but for passion.

From a beet tartlet with char liver to sourdough focaccia that had me hunting like a junkie for another fix, Arc proves creativity never sacrifices flavor. Ambitious dishes like char with kimchi show they’re ready to play with the best.

Not everything is perfect, the layered kohlrabi sauce leaned too salty, but the progress and identity here are undeniable. Star or no star, Arc already has what it takes.
