@epicurus_restaurant @epicurus_cph @epicurus_bar transforms from a culinary hotspot by day into a jazz club at dusk. No, it’s not Paris’ 3-star Epicure, nor the legendary Dolder Grand event, it’s a food and music experience named after the ancient Greek philosopher.

The snacks feel more New York than Copenhagen: fried chicken with caviar and vanilla syrup is as wild as it sounds, while the gougère with Iberico pork and truffle competes for the crown 👑

And then of course, the jazz. A stunning room straight out of Gatsby or Inception, complete with a Bösendorfer piano worth more than my yearly salary. Sir @nielslandoky , knighted jazz pianist, composer, and producer, curates a world-class program.
