At Aponiente, the sea is everything. Sea beans, plankton butters, bioluminescent algae, eel-skin pâté ingredients that sound like science fiction, plated like art.

The experience flows in three acts: salty snacks, salty sea, sweet sea. Each course drifts further from what you know and deeper into León’s vision of an ocean without limits.

This is fine dining that blurs lines of cultures and cuisines, a menu rooted in German terroir, layered with Japanese precision, and elevated by Tohru Nakamura’s unmistakable touch for harmony and contrast from his background.

Right from the start, you know it’s special: the opening oyster dish is presented exactly as it’s cooked, flame-seared in the kitchen, then served tableside still carrying that smoky aroma. A detail unseen elsewhere, setting the tone for a night in Munich newest 3 star restaraunt.

This might be the best seafood tower in the world! 🦞 🦪 🦐

Welcome to @marchal.dk , housed inside Copenhagen’s legendary @dangleterrecph hotel, and home to one of the city’s most refined one-star Michelin experiences.

We came here to celebrate, and Marchal delivered. Truffle gougères straight from the oven. A carrot dish that looked like Monet painted it. And then… Le Grand Plateau de Fruits de Mer!

Oysters, scallops, langoustines, beluga caviar, crab. Served with saffron bread and butter-toasted blinis. A decadent display of French-Danish finesse that made me feel like The Great Gatsby.

Chef @alexander__baert is only 29, but already cooking at a world-class level. With restaurant manager @mattia_spedicato leading the floor, the service might’ve been the best I’ve ever received and I can recommend Marchal unequivocally ⭐️🫶

This might be Hamburg’s best casual restaurant 🇹🇭

What looks like an old warehouse suspect turns out to be one of the city’s most exciting spots, @jing.jing_hamburg brings full Bangkok energy.

Dim lights, loud music, cocktails flying, and food that hits hard.

Dry-aged hamachi with grapefruit, trout in coconut sauce, and fish sauce-glazed chicken wings come out swinging.

Flavors are bold, the produce is top-notch, and the execution is sharp.

And the cocktails are better than most bars in town.
This place is a full-blown flavor party and it delivers.

This might be the coolest restaurant in the world 🌍 🕺

Deep in rural Wales, @ynyshirrestaurant is Chef @garethwardchef two-star Michelin playground. Thirty courses fly past from otoro, Wagyu, caviar, to smoked-butter shots, each one more perverse and delicious than the last.

The dining room has disco ball spinning, Macklemore’s fur coat on the wall, The Passenger on repeat. It’s part fine dining, part party.

No white tablecloths, just bold flavors, big energy, and food you can’t stop eating.
