This might be the best seafood tower in the world! 🦞 🦪 🦐

Welcome to @marchal.dk , housed inside Copenhagen’s legendary @dangleterrecph hotel, and home to one of the city’s most refined one-star Michelin experiences.

We came here to celebrate, and Marchal delivered. Truffle gougères straight from the oven. A carrot dish that looked like Monet painted it. And then… Le Grand Plateau de Fruits de Mer!

Oysters, scallops, langoustines, beluga caviar, crab. Served with saffron bread and butter-toasted blinis. A decadent display of French-Danish finesse that made me feel like The Great Gatsby.

Chef @alexander__baert is only 29, but already cooking at a world-class level. With restaurant manager @mattia_spedicato leading the floor, the service might’ve been the best I’ve ever received and I can recommend Marchal unequivocally ⭐️🫶
