At @junerestaurant , 1 Michelin star meets and unusual location, between a camping ground and a nudist beach at the Chiemsee. The surprise is not only the location, but also the food.

Chef @ricobirndt crafts every dish from Bavarian ingredients, with housemade fermented shoyu, miso, and fish garum. Everything is made from scratch with just 3 chefs in the kitchen.
