伝統的な焼肉というジャンルを継承しつつ、現代的な焼肉のエッセンスも取り入れて、日々進化を遂げている。

営業日数が少ないこともあって、今日本で最も予約が困難な焼肉店と言って差し支えないと思うが、それでも万難を排して訪れる価値のある一軒。
