I was invited on the day and made a last-minute visit for the first half. It was such a luxurious experience. The seasoning on the tongue (beef tongue) was incredible—so delicious! And then there was the knuckle main muscle; the cut and tenderness were absolutely fantastic. Next time, I definitely want to enjoy the full experience. It was a great meal!
