I was invited to a private reservation at this popular and hard-to-book restaurant! When I think of Raimon, I think of the tongue. Its crunchy texture is irresistible, and with every bite, the flavor expands. The outside skirt was thick and incredibly satisfying! It felt more like eating a steak than yakiniku, allowing me to truly enjoy the rich flavor of the meat. ✨ And to finish, we had the signature Raimon cold noodles. They were smooth and refreshing, yet still satisfying, making them the perfect way to end a yakiniku meal. ☺️ It's no surprise that it's so popular and hard to get a reservation. I would love to visit again if I get the chance!
