It’s so difficult to make a reservation that it has become known as a "reservation despair restaurant." Now, even getting a chance to visit once a year feels like a huge achievement. The quality of the meat, portion sizes, seasoning, the enchanting marinades and dipping sauces, the flow of service, and even the pricing are all perfectly balanced at a high standard.
