I finally visited a restaurant I had been longing to try.The tongue, outside skirt, and cold noodles were all amazing.The tongue had a nice, firm texture and was juicy.The outside skirt was thick and full of flavor.It might be a good idea to go easy on the rice and opt for a large serving of cold noodles instead.The Chateaubriand, despite having marbling, was not heavy at all, which was great.The kimchi, including avocado and eggplant, was delicious, and everything was tasty overall.I wonder when I will have the chance to go again...
