I finally visited the long-admired "Akasaka Raimon." It exceeded my expectations not only in the quality of the meat but also in the high level of execution for each dish. The tongue and outside skirt were incredibly rich in flavor, and with every bite, the true deliciousness of the meat unfolded. The simple seasoning highlighted the quality of the ingredients, and the grilling was perfect. Throughout the course, there were no flaws, and the amazement continued until the end. This is a renowned yakiniku restaurant that every meat lover should visit at least once, and now I understand why reservations are so hard to come by.
