According to their web site, the shop name here translates as "Human beings everybody noodles.” The noodles are homemade, and they have three different types of ramen: genten, micro, and macro. Genten means foundation, and the soup is made using katsuo dashi and a sweet shoyu. A deeper and purer shoyu is used for the micro, and a chicken and shellfish soup for the macro. Macro is the most popular menu item here, and the bowls come topped with massive chashu. In fact, this shop closes when the chashu (not the soup, which is usual) runs out. ที่นี่เสิร์ฟอาหารไทยสไตล์เพชรบุรี เพราะเจ้าของเป็นคนเพชรบุรีโดยตรง แล้วเค้าก็ตั้งใจคัดสรรวัตถุดิบจากหลายจังหวัดทั่วประเทศมาทำเมนูต่างๆของร้าน เลยมีทั้งเมนูที่เราคุ้นเคยกันดี และหลายจานที่หาทานได้ยากในร้านอาหารไทยทั่วไป

เมนูที่ได้ลองและชอบเป็นพิเศษในมื้อนี้คือ แกงส้มพริกนกปลากะพงที่รสชาติกลมกล่อม จัดจ้านกำลังดี ผัดแขนงปลากุเลากรอบที่ตัวผักผัดมาได้ดีมากๆ ยำส้มฉุนปลาสีกุนฟูนี่ก็ให้ความสดชื่นแบบทานแล้วเพลินสุดๆ รวมถึงหมูย่างจิ้มแจ่วกับปราสากเหลืองสามรสที่ก็เป็นอีกสองจานที่ประทับใจไม่แพ้กัน

ส่วนของหวานอยากให้เผื่อท้องไว้เลย เพราะบ้าบิ่นข้าวเหนียวลืมผัวที่เสิร์ฟคู่กับไอศกรีมมะพร้าวคือดีมาก เป็นความหวานหอมแบบไทยๆ ที่ปิดมื้อได้ลงตัวสุดๆ 🥥

ใครผ่านไปแถวนนทบุรีแล้วกำลังหาร้านอาหารไทยบรรยากาศดีๆ ร้านนี้ก็เป็นอีกที่ที่เข้าใจเลยว่าทำไมคนย่านนั้นถึงพูดถึงกันเยอะมากช่วงนี้ ✨

One of Soho’s most loved Japanese restaurants, this place gets packed, so get in queue early!!
I had £25 for lunch and i had i hard time choosing from the massive menu, i had tempura prawns, miso soup and a beautiful set lunch sushi platter.
Wow everything was delicious, loved the miso soup, crispy tempura prawns were extremely good. The sushi was fresh and tasted amazing.
One of the best value lunches I've had in ages, especially considering the quality. I'd highly recommend
