Balance BKK คือร้านใหม่ของเชฟโบ ที่หลายคนน่าจะคุ้นชื่อจากร้าน Quarter เพราะตอนนั้นเราเองก็เป็นหนึ่งคนที่ติดใจหลายเมนูของร้านนั้นมากโดยเฉพาะสายทรัฟเฟิลอย่าง Black Truffle Choux ที่จนถึงตอนนี้ก็ยังจำได้อยู่เลย พอรู้ว่าเชฟเปิดร้านใหม่ก็เลยต้องขอแวะมาซะหน่อย

ร้านนี้จะมาในคอนเซปต์ Modern Asian เป็นร้านเล็กๆฟีล hidden gem ถ้าไม่สังเกตดีๆอาจหาไม่เจอ 😆 ข้างในมีแค่ประมาณ 3 โต๊ะกับอีก 1 ห้อง private บรรยากาศมีความ cozy สบายๆ

ฝีมือเชฟโบรอบนี้ก็ยังประทับใจเหมือนเดิม เริ่มจาก Three Citrus Salad สลัดปลาดิบที่สดชื่นแบบกินแล้วเปิดต่อมอยากอาหารสุดๆ รสชาติบาลานซ์สมชื่อร้าน อีกจานที่ยังรักเหมือนเดิมคือ Hotate With Black Truffle Sauce จานนี้เคยติดใจตั้งแต่ร้านเก่า ซอสทรัฟเฟิลยังคงเข้มข้นและถูกใจเหมือนเดิมทุกอย่าง

แต่จานที่ชอบที่สุดของมื้อนี้ขอยกให้ข้าวผัดกะเพราและเนื้อ Jasmine Wagyu แบบไม่ต้องคิด 🥹 ตัวข้าวหนึบๆผัดมาได้หอม ไม่มันและรสชาติดีสุดๆ เนื้อก็นุ่มมาก ยิ่งกินคู่พริกน้ำปลาและน้ำจิ้มแจ่วคือหยุดไม่ได้จริงๆ แล้วไข่ดาวกรอบๆด้านบนคือยิ่งทำให้ทุกอย่างสมบูรณ์ขึ้นไปอีก

จริงๆเมนูที่ร้านยังมีอีกหลายอย่างที่อยากกลับไปลอง แต่ถ้าใครได้มาที่นี่ยังไงก็อยากให้สั่งกะเพราของเค้านะ มีทั้งเนื้อและหมูเลย แล้วจะเข้าใจว่าทำไมถึงอยากกลับไปซ้ำ 🥩🔥

Lunch at the new Cambridge @sushinoya_uk

@sushinoya_uk has come to Cambridge!!!!
Fresh sushi, flavourful hot dishes, and satisfying rice bowls, every item is made fresh daily for a quick, delicious bite. Its been a week since I had lunch on their opening day but i can't stop thinking about it!! It was amazing watching the sushi chefs preparing the salmon and tuna and making all this delicious sushi. We went for the salmon rainbow set, premium chutoro tuna and Mayfair ocean selection. Everything we had was incredible, some fresh and tasted delicious. My favourite was the chutoro tuna, so fatty and tender and incredible.
Their matcha and bubble tea bar is awesome as well. Desserts looked banging to. So if you're around #Cambridge this weekend you have to give it a try!!

They are in their soft opening phase right now but the word is already out. They have been running our almost daily so visit them ASAP 🔥

Razor clams! Prepared two ways at @dolfys_nola — with miso and a jamón XO sauce.

Get them while you can (and also watch @barsukeban for similar appearances, the only other place I see razors on any kind of regular).

Incredible meal at Jungsik. Each dish was so creative, with thoughtful layers of flavor throughout. Three Michelin stars and ranked no.18 on North America’s 50 Best Restaurants list, which makes total sense after our visit.

We reserved seats at the bar so we could order à la carte, which ended up being a really fun way to try some of their signature dishes. But in retrospect, for a first visit I think I would have loved experiencing the dining room and doing the full tasting menu. The bar feels more like the ideal second visit once you already know your favorites and want to come back for specific dishes.

Still one of my favorite meals I’ve ever had in NYC.
