小ラーメン / Shō Ramen / Ramen Jiro Tachikawa — Tachikawa, Tokyo

Tonkotsu-shoyu soup is milder compared to some Jiro shops, with medium emulsification. House-made thick flat noodles are served slightly softer than average. Topped with pork chashu, grated ginger, boiled cabbage and bean sprouts.

Ramen Jiro Tachikawa first opened in 2008 before closing from 2014-2018. The shop reopened once before closing again in 2020. In 2023 it was announced that they would opened again with a new master chef. 🇮🇹 ปกติไม่ใช่สายแป้งเท่าไหร่ เวลาไปร้านอาหารอิตาเลียน จานที่มักจะชอบที่สุดก็มักจะเป็นพวกเนื้อสัตว์ไม่ก็ appetizer มากกว่า แต่สำหรับมื้อนี้ที่ Sartoria กลับเป็นพาสต้าและริซอตโตที่ทำให้ประทับใจที่สุด 😍

ถ้าใครยังไม่เคยมาลองร้านอาหารอิตาเลียนของเชฟ @paulo_airaudo บน EA Rooftop แห่งนี้ อยากแนะนำให้ลองสักครั้ง เพราะนอกจากบรรยากาศจะสวย โรแมนติก และเหมาะกับมื้อพิเศษแล้ว อาหารฝีมือเชฟ @bjorntischner ก็ทำออกมาได้น่าสนใจไม่แพ้กัน

จานที่ชอบที่สุดของมื้อนี้คือ Tagliolini ความหอมของ saffron เข้ากันได้ดีกับความหวานของกุ้งแดง ขณะที่ Nduja Oil ช่วยเพิ่มมิติและความเผ็ดเบาๆ ให้จานนี้มีความโดดเด่นโดยไม่กลบรสชาติหลัก

ส่วน Parsley Risotto ก็ยังเป็นจานที่ชอบเหมือนเดิมและอาจจะชอบมากขึ้นกว่าครั้งก่อนด้วยซ้ำ รอบนี้เชฟจับคู่มากับ Firefly Squid ซึ่งเข้ากันได้ดีมาก ความสุกของเม็ดข้าวยังคง on point ตามแบบฉบับริซอตโตที่ดี และเป็นอีกจานที่รู้ตัวอีกทีก็ทานหมดแล้ว

อีกจานที่เซอร์ไพรส์คือ Blue Mussels ที่ด้านล่างเป็น Panna Cotta ซึ่งทำออกมาได้ดีกว่าที่คาดไว้มาก และโดยรวมก็แทบไม่มีจานไหนที่รู้สึกดรอปเลย

จริงๆ เคยมีโอกาสมาทานที่นี่เมื่อปีที่แล้ว แต่หลังจากกลับมาครั้งนี้ต้องยอมรับเลยว่าประทับใจขึ้นมาก รู้สึกว่าหลายเมนูมีความลงตัวและน่าจดจำขึ้นอย่างชัดเจน

สำหรับใครที่ชอบอาหารอิตาเลียน หรือกำลังมองหาร้านสำหรับพาแฟนหรือคนพิเศษมาทานดินเนอร์ดีๆสักมื้อ Sartoria เป็นอีกหนึ่งร้านที่อยากแนะนำเลย 🩷

Muy grata visita a Lalola, en el One Shot Conde de Torrejón de Sevilla. Javier Abascal, con años de experiencia a sus espaldas, persevera en esa cocina potente y sabrosa que le ha aupado hasta donde está. Carnes ibéricas, predilección por la casquería, contrastes atrevidos, honestidad y generosidad con las materias primas y pocas concesiones a la galería. Nada que objetar a esa valentía en la cocina salvo que, probablemente, pudiese refinar un tanto algún plato para elevar más su propuesta. Por lo demás, el patio interior del hotel es un marco muy agradable, aunque puede resultar algo desangelado por momentos, y el servicio es amable y diligente. If you're on the hunt for breakfast options in Rosstock, @vilacrepecafe in west Roswell is a spot to consider. I recently enjoyed two solid breakfasts there, and I must say, their signature Dubai chocolate crepe is very good. While I have a leaning toward other local spots like Savory Gourmet, Gracious Plenty, and A&M Kitchen, Vila Crepe & Café still holds its own as a viable breakfast contender and all mentioned places have different menus that complement more than compete. A Dinner Debut That Impressed
Vila Crepe & Café also offers dinner twice a week, and my first experience was positive. The creamy cognac shrimp appetizer, with its standout sauce, was delightful. My pork chop was perfectly cooked—seared to perfection. It's worth noting that the chef sources his ingredients from a local high-end butcher shop, ensuring quality. The mashed potatoes? Some of the best I've had in a while. Have you visited for dinner yet? What dishes would you recommend?

Final Verdict

In May, at Ginza Shinohara, the quality of each item in the hassun was particularly high, making it satisfying on its own. The portions were generous, leaving us quite full. Chefs @chefadolfo and @feetz93 brought lost NOLA restaurant RioMar back for the night at @hotandsoul for a special dinner. It sold out, of course.

But, Hot & Soul will be serving the night’s dishes all week as specials next to their regular menu.

That’s the Panamanian ceviche, mussels with chorizo (the broth brought me all the way back to S. Peters at Julia) , oysters RioMar, black rice with squid and perfect shrimp and tres leches with all the leches.
