Hot & Soul New Orleans

Chefs @chefadolfo and @feetz93 brought lost NOLA restaurant RioMar back for the night at @hotandsoul for a special dinner. It sold out, of course.

But, Hot & Soul will be serving the night’s dishes all week as specials next to their regular menu.

That’s the Panamanian ceviche, mussels with chorizo (the broth brought me all the way back to S. Peters at Julia) , oysters RioMar, black rice with squid and perfect shrimp and tres leches with all the leches.

This tasty place once again hit the spot on a chilly night, this time with chef Christy’s lumpia and chicken adobo - just one line of an eclectic menu spanning burgers to beef stroganoff.

Added calamansi gimlet , shrimp ceviche with squid ink crackers and dulce de leche custard.
