Vuelta a El Campanario Golf de Manuel Marín, nuestro reducto de producto y buen gusto en la parte más occidental de la provincia de Málaga. Un lugar para estar a gusto donde se venera, se compra y se cocina con tino la mejor materia prima. Manuel toca todos los palos: puntos muy notables ya sea en cocciones, frituras o brasa. La sala, el servicio, los precios razonables y la bodega - aunque esta vez fuésemos pertrechados - suman para una de las propuestas más sólidas de la zona. This old-school Chinese restaurant originally opened in Ōmori, however this second branch was opened near Tamachi by the original master who still runs it. His son now managers the Ōmori location. The menu is extensive, with everything you might find at a Chinese restaurant. For ramen, the tantanmen is recommended, along with the pan-fried housemade gyoza. Y los vinos. Una audaz, original y brillante selección a cargo de Raúl Villabrille.

Muy interesante lo que está haciendo Fernando Villasclaras en La Marisquería Casa Curro, un local minúsculo encajonado entre La Tienda y el Casa Curro original. Pescados y mariscos de calidad tratados con destreza pero sin más pretensiones que las de ceñirse a tapas tradicionales y a platos que respeten el producto con algún detalle de creatividad. Digamos que aplica la metodología de la cocina actual a una barra de tapeo tradicional.
