This old-school Chinese restaurant originally opened in Ōmori, however this second branch was opened near Tamachi by the original master who still runs it. His son now managers the Ōmori location. The menu is extensive, with everything you might find at a Chinese restaurant. For ramen, the tantanmen is recommended, along with the pan-fried housemade gyoza.
