Yet another must try new destination for pizza, you need to make your way uptown to the new @supernicepizzanyc. Right next to the also amazing @supernicenyc, it’s one of those places where the owner Danny just really cares a lot about how good everything is that he serves, and it shows. I’m hooked on this pizza and ready to go back for more, plus something that wasn’t on my bingo card on my way in here - quite possibly the new champion for the best slice of Chocolate Cake you can get in a restaurant in New York. Go get it ASAP before it hits TikTok.

今回はかやくご飯付属の牛すじうどん定食を注文
上には天かす、ネギ、牛すじがこれでもか盛り
濃いめのお出汁に牛すじの味が大放出更に旨味増し
レンゲでスープ掬う度勝手に天かす入るのも嬉しい
うどんにコシは無いもののモチっとプツッと感
赤子でも噛み切れそうな優しい噛みごたえ
コラーゲン感たっぷり脂ぷるぷる牛すじもグッ👍
かやくご飯は濃いめのスープとはうらはらに薄め
これも味のメリハリ考えられた計算の上かと頷ける
もともと天六でされてた天六うどんが都島へ移転
名前を変えて｢大八うどんどんでん」として復活
カウンター席オンリーの立ち食いなので回転率早め
下品なくらいにダシが濃いのが謳い文句だが
決して下品とは思えない旨いダシで勝負のお店
