The PhoMo (clever name) blending grillades and grits with pho (rice grits, star anise-braised short rib, perfect egg)

The pork chop loin with a great cook on it, and morita chile to light it up

Cured trout and avocado toast, layered and complex on the toasty-to-fresh-bright bite

A goat cheese, duck confit, frisee combination that sounds like a salad but is really a platter of delicious things to mix together

今回も中華そば玉子トッピングでおにぎりを注文
前回太麺で食べた為、今回は細麺をチョイス
インパクト大デフォルトでざく切りネギが鬼盛
どこから啜っても入るぶつ切り葱の食感も最高
スープは飲む度に脳裏に響く醤油ダレでキレあり
コクが尾を引くこれぞ高井田のシャープな旨さ
チャーシューは脂少なくあっさりヘルシー
個人的にスープを吸収しやすいやっぱり細麺が好き
同時に届くふりかけ付きのおにぎりは120円
コンビニより大きく安い良心価格な1握りも必食
更に追いネギ欲しくなる視界に映る緑が癒し
ガツンと醤油ラーメンが食べたいならここ

Okinawa style soba consisting of a clear, katsuo-based soup. Noodles are house-made using charcoal instead of kansui (alkaline water). Two types of noodles to choose from: 'chū bosomen' (medium-thin) or 'hiramen' (flat). The sōki (pork sparerib) is served on a separate plate as to not disrupt the flavors of the soup. @restaurant_geranium is where it all began for me, the place that made me fall in love with visiting the worlds best restaurants back in 2016.

From the moment you enter, it’s a beautiful choreography, from the welcome to amuse-bouches so delicate you almost don’t dare touch them, like a tartlet with dill, aquavit, and oyster.

While today’s dishes are undeniably three-star perfection, I find myself reminiscing about the old favorites that once moved me beyond taste.

🇲🇽 เพิ่งเคยมา Delia ครั้งแรก แต่ขอยกให้เป็นร้านอาหารเม็กซิกันโปรดไปแล้วแบบไม่ต้องคิดนาน 🫶🏻 อร่อยทุกจานแบบไม่ต้องอวยจริงๆ ทั้งรสชาติและบรรยากาศคือชนะเลิศหมด

พอเดินเข้าไปปุ๊บก็ได้ฟีลที่มีชีวิตชีวา ทั้ง cozy และ lively ในเวลาเดียวกัน เสียงหัวเราะจากโต๊ะข้างๆ กลิ่นหอมจากครัวเปิด และเสียงแผ่น tortilla ที่กำลังสุกอยู่บนเตา comal คือภาพที่ทำให้ลืมไปเลยว่านี่อยู่กรุงเทพ เพราะเพื่อนที่มาด้วยกันยังพูดว่า “vibe เหมือนอยู่บาหลีเลย” ซึ่งก็เห็นด้วยสุดๆ 😆

ส่วนตัวรู้สึกว่าที่ Delia เค้าไม่ได้ขายแค่อาหาร แต่ขายความรู้สึกด้วย ความอบอุ่น ความสนุก และความเป็นครอบครัวในแบบเม็กซิกันแท้ๆ ที่ถ่ายทอดผ่านเชฟ Gabriela และเชฟ Diego อย่างชัดเจนในทุกจาน

🫓 Quesadilla – แป้งนุ่ม ไส้แน่น ขอบชีสกรอบๆแบบไม่เหมือนร้านไหน

เป็นร้านเม็กซิกันที่อยากกลับมาซ้ำอีกเร็วๆนี้แน่นอน ประทับใจมากจริงๆ ใครยังไม่เคยลอง แนะนำให้มาสักครั้ง แล้วจะเข้าใจว่าทำไม Delia ถึงกลายเป็นร้านที่อยู่ในใจตั้งแต่ครั้งแรกที่มา 💖
