A fun night of Neapolitan and Mediterranean flavors at @trattoriafelinohk! Inspired by Naples, the menu showcases southern Italian ingredients with modern twists on classics such as crudi, homemade pastas, and the chef’s grandmother’s meatball recipe. I’ve been a fan of @marcymakk’s cooking since his days at Grissini so I was looking forward to this meal and it didn’t disappoint. The quality of the seafood was superb and the flavors were balanced and concentrated. And weekends here just got a whole lot better with the launch of a new free flow brunch menu! 🍝

This is the Netherlands’ next Michelin-starred restaurant 🇳🇱

Opened just six months ago, @restaurant_create is Chef @guidobraeken new chapter in Maastricht, a place where ambition meets precision in the beautiful @van.oys .

Once the youngest Dutch chef to hold two Michelin stars, Braeken now channels that same mastery into dishes defined by control and clarity.

From paper-thin tartlets filled with hamachi and wagyu, to Balfego tuna with smoked eel, ponzu and passionfruit, his style is confident and bursting with flavor.

The signature langoustine with bisque and vin jaune sauce is pure refinement, while pigeon cooked perfectly to the second shows the kitchen’s technique and craft.

For a restaurant this new, the level of execution is remarkable. Service, pacing, and plating, everything moves with quiet precision. Create already feels ready for a star and to me it should be two ⭐️⭐️

南青山にオープンしたばかりの『焼鳥空』さんに伺いました。
こちらは、『薪鳥新神戸』や『鈴田式』、『時限堂』『atami』等を手掛ける末富グループの新店舗です。
大将の須﨑淳吏氏は、名古屋の今池で長年に渡り人気店として営業されてましたが、満を持しての東京進出です。
名古屋コーチンを使用した焼鳥は、脂ののりが良くとてもジューシーです。
人気店になるであろうと思ってたら、もう既に10月迄満席とは凄いですね～

また伺います。

ที่นี่มีทั้งแบบเซตและแบบอะลาคาร์ท วันนี้เลือกเป็น Premium Course 5 คำ แล้วก็มีแอบสั่งเพิ่มอีกนิดหน่อย ทุกคำซอสเข้มข้น สาหร่ายกรอบเวอร์ ราคาก็น่ารักสุดๆ ใครชอบแฮนด์โรล แนะนำให้ลองมานั่งทานหน้าบาร์ดู เปลี่ยนฟีลเก๋ๆ บอกเลยว่ามันเลิศ !! 😍
