Since 2009, Il Pentito has been serving up some of Tokyo’s finest Roman-style pizza—crisp, thin, and full of deep, fermented flavor. In a city obsessed with Neapolitan-style pies, Il Pentito offers something refreshingly different: authentic Roman pizza that’s light, flavorful, and irresistibly easy to eat.

The chef brings nearly 30 years of experience, including training in Rome, and it shows in every bite. The pizza is large (about 32cm), yet so airy it’s often described as “drinkable.”

The menu is just as creative and satisfying:

Recommended bowl: Tonkotsu & niboshi

Opened in December 2019, by master Ohashi-san, who trained at the famous Tomita. The rich and creamy soup is made from pork and niboshi. Medium thick straight noodles are housemade. Hwy 6 in sugarland got competition 🍔‼️

They coming in hot and not just with their burgers but also with their fish and chicken sandwiches. The only feedback was the lettuce was too big in my chicken sandwich.
Other than that, Every item was juicy and filled with deliciousness 🤤

We highly recommend the hot boss when you visit 🔥

On my first visit, I tried the popular “Special Mix,” topped with fresh strawberries, pineapple, banana, kiwi, blueberries, honeycomb, and house-made granola🌈 For those with a sweet tooth, the “Banana Brûlée” features caramelised grilled banana, homemade chocolate granola, toasted marshmallows, Lotus Biscoff cookies, and a drizzle of caramel sauce🍫
