Ramen at Hōga (中華蕎麦萌芽)

Recommended bowl: Tonkotsu & niboshi

Opened in December 2019, by master Ohashi-san, who trained at the famous Tomita. The rich and creamy soup is made from pork and niboshi. Medium thick straight noodles are housemade. For those that want straight niboshi ramen, it is indeed available. Tsukemen comes on the menu starting at 2pm. Check Twitter for shop hours and other updates: @houga_kitakashi
