Somewhat of a famous shop in the area, serving up simple shoyu and shio ramen, as well as a bunch of other rice dishes. The soup is made from chicken, pork, kombu and katsuo. Run by master Shibata-san, who trained at the shop Hideyoshi in Minami-Nagareyama, a Chinese restaurant, as well as a sushi shop. He opened in July, 2015.
