Recommended bowl: Ramen cha-han set
Somewhat of a famous shop in the area, serving up simple shoyu and shio ramen, as well as a bunch of other rice dishes. The soup is made from chicken, pork, kombu and katsuo. Run by master Shibata-san, who trained at the shop Hideyoshi in Minami-Nagareyama, a Chinese restaurant, as well as a sushi shop. He opened in July, 2015. The shop name Miyama comes from the Chinese restaurant where he previously worked, which has since closed. Somewhat spacious inside, with about 25 seats.
