There’s something about the food here that pulls me back into my childhood. And I still have the same habit of eating half of the plain noodle soup first before throwing in all the side dishes to make a hearty bowl.

涼州粉粿 Dana’s crystal dumpling💚
The almost translucent skin wrapped around bok choy, winter bamboo shoot and seafood mousse, served with charcoal grilled hokkigai, sweet onion carbonara and saffron champagne foam. One of the best things I ate this spring!

For those who can’t tolerate cold temperature, beware there are cold spots in the diningroom and you might want to bring a jacket along. Eonni and I don’t feel cold easily but wanted to flee after a while🥶🥶
