When a friend thoughtfully provided the solution to my how question, dinner it was at one of the most coveted restaurants in Taiwan with some really amazing people! I was blown away by how the quality and integrity of proteins was preserved. Meat, poultry and seafood were all superbly flavorful and juicy with the most incredible texture.( Thanks to my generous vvvip friend, I had 4 different proteins for main course ) Crispy ris de veau had a beautiful sweet aroma and full bodied fattiness in the most alluring way, served with confit garlic purée, black truffle sauce and freshly grated wasabi as a nice foil for the richness of the glands.
