By far the best tempura I've ever had in Taiwan, and perhaps the best in Asia outside Japan! Extremely high quality ingredients, and the execution was superb. The scallop, lobster, and wagyu roll were among my highlights for the whole of 2023.

In fact I’ve never managed to book any Japanese restaurants in Taiwan, thankfully there are always those who generously enjoy sharing counters with me. Champagne is usually present too. And no surcharges. I guess my friends really do love me.
